| Beaches The sandy beach is one of the best on the east coast of Mallorca It is a kilometre and half long and backed by a promenade perfect for walking, cycling, browsing the gift shops or taking refreshments in one of the many cafes, bars or restaurants. This promenade will take you all the way to the fishing harbour at Cala Bona. Sunbeds and parasols on the beach can be hired on a daily basis. The attendants, who will collect money from you shortly after you take occupation of a bed, also have pedalos for hire. The sea is initially shallow and quite safe but do take notice of the flags. If the RED flag is flying DO NOT swim Lifeguards are in attendance on the beach and any instructions given by them must be adhered to. Boat trips are availble from several of the jetties along the beach, kiosks selling the tickets are easily located along the promenade
