They're at it again (did they ever stop?) The 'ealth and safety mob, whose numb brain offices adjoin the PC and compensation brigade, have now decided to go all out to introduce a ban on the warmth producing, upright gas heaters that have lately become so popular on the terraces and in the gardens of restaurants and bars. Despite the reasons they put forward for this new eye glazing effort, to my mind there is only one. These jumped up, two bit little prats have suddenly realized that the poor beleaguered smoker has actually found a way of experiencing some degree of comfort as they partake of their chosen pleasure. Oh the sleepless nights these leeches must have endured on realizing that instead of freezing to death in cold and miserable circumstances, smokers could now actually begin to enjoy their outside environment! 'How dare they', they're all supposed to be suffering, not enjoying it. How excited the moron who came up with the plan must have been, as he or she bounded from the bed and raced into work, gleefully observing the offending items on the terraces as they passed by and inwardly rubbing their hands at the congratulations their fellow wastes of space would bestow on them when they put their wonderful new idea on the table. Even double bubble for these pillocks is the fact that the heaters were also rather overshadowing their other recent edict that smokers, trying to retain a little warmth, were huddling to close the doors of establishments and should be made to stand at least two meters away. Gawd! In the words of Señor Littlejohn you really couldn't make it up could you? Just how long is the British public going to put up with these affronters of liberty and good old plain common sense? If this whole sorry debacle is allowed to continue to its enth degree we basically won't be allowed, for some reason or another, to do anything at all. Getting out of bed will require knee pads and hard hats. As to actually being born - well, the perils of that don't even bear contemplation. Call an election Mr. Braun. Your whole unsavory gang is full of criminals; traitors con 'persons' and downright lunatics. If the British public were not such a gathering of old souls and far too civilized for their own good, you would have been coup'ed out of office years ago when your grinning predecessor and his mercenary PC happy spouse inhabited number 10. To my mind the awful and unsavory Cherie Blair (search for her in Google images for a real eye opener!) who, due to her status in the legal profession, stands to gain the most from these ludicrous legislations, has been responsible for most of 'em. How loud her laughter must be as she and her partners in 'law' scurry to the bank with the profits from her wonderful new PC case load. Well I have gone on a bit (as per) Just can't bear to have even my somewhat limited intelligence insulted by these conning baby soul'd morons. Ah well c'est la vie. Interesting outcome of the survey conducted as a result of the £19 million lottery winner, who, because of his condition, needs to be within 20 minutes of a hospital at all times. The survey asked if people preferred wealth to health. Seventy percent answered their preference was wealth. Well all I can say is this result was obtained from people who have never been ill. I would go as far as to say it was a disgraceful and somewhat sad reflection on people's awareness of the sick and suffering in the world today. Try asking someone in an agonizing terminal illness whether they would prefer a healthy bank balance or a healthy body? No contest. Have a healthy and happy seven. Give each other a big smile, try to be tolerant, and whatever ya do - always keep the faith. Love Leapy |
