Argos Bar - Cala Bona

In March 2008 the Argos Bar asked us to supply new menus for them. We duly designed them and supplied a proof but they did not proceed because the price was too expensive, so they said.

We subsequently found out that they simplly photocopied the proof we supplied and used them throughout the Summer of 2008. They never paid us anything for designing them, despite requests for payment.

I would never use a business that used this malpractice - you decide whether you do or not ... or maybe, order a meal and ask them do you have to pay for it after eating just like they didn't pay for their menus.
